To get this thing ready for launch, we:
✦ Conducted interviews with American early adopters — including Apple employees and Silicon Valley locals.
✦ Analyzed competitors, taking into account how projects like Flipper Zero handle their communication and community-building.
✦ Developed a brand platform that encouraged the founders to show the team more often. Why? Because in startups, people are what make early adopters go “aww”, and trigger that “I want to support this — and buy the toy just to annoy the corporations” feeling.
Then we went through tons of behind-the-scenes photo and video content with the team — enough to build a full 2-month content plan for social media. And yes, we designed the posts too.
And on top of that, we were also the ones reviewing the work of the American media team running paid ads.
